    We are at a loss to understand what qwnt wrong here. We drove down to Lilly's Furnityre in Biwue, Maryland. We were most interested to Buy the Sream C loud Kung suzed Martress and Motorized Platform, etc. We met with Sabrina, who seemed to be very  nuce. We layed down on it, & we were convinced to buy this System. It was very strange that she never sent us a Proposal, whatsoever. We were shocked. We called her many times to arrange the Sale, however She never returned our Calls! Why. We left her Numerous Messages, yet, Never any responses. We want to speak to the Store Manager, ever!? We had driven  45 minutes down there and 45 minutes back with no further Response. I guess that the only way we can buy it is to purchase the System Direct from DREAM CLOUD. We would have rather bought it from Lilly's BUT THEY HAVE FAILED US COMPLETELY! Why?  I guess we will Never get any Response from them. TERRIBLE  Customer Service. All talk; NO ACTION!

    First let me say I loved the fact that there was a new furniture store in Bowie & I was excited to find out it was black owned. Since I need to furnish several rooms and/or get some accent pieces for a few, I was really excited to take a look. I have visited this store twice now & unfortunately I was disappointed both times. The first time was over a year ago & I walked in after picking up my dinner from chipotle. The owner was there at a desk working & quickly got up to ask if there was food in the bag & if I would mind taking back to my car. She stated she didnt want me walking around the store with it. I found that to be a reasonable request however I informed her my car was all the way on other side of the lot & asked her if she wouldnt mind maybe sitting at the desk with her while I walked around. She then suggested I just sit the food down on the floor by the door. SMH. I said no thank you I will come back another time. Fast forward to today a year passes and I decided to revisit with hopes of better customer service. Not a chancethis time I went to the door on a Tuesday at 2:30 to find the doors lockedon the door states by appointment. However again the owner was sitting there..so I wave to her, when she came to the door I ask are you only open by appointment she say yepand says nothing else. I was expecting her to at least offer an option for scheduling an appointment or even offer to let me look around especially since the store was empty. Not a chance! Why would any business owner make it difficult to spend money with them. I am sad to say I will never attempt to spend money at this establishment again nor will I refer others. I probably should have read the reviews before visiting as this seems to be a pattern that there is both the lack of customer service & accountability for bad customer service.

    Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience with this location. I suggest scheduling your appointment over the phone and not on the website. I scheduled an appointment at 11:00 am for 2:30 pm. Once I arrived, the doors were locked, so I called to see about my appointment, only to be informed that the appointment was not showing on the schedule. I can understand a computer error and don't blame the business. However, my biggest problem was how the situation was handled. I felt like I was treated as if I was lying about my appointment rather than being accommodated. In fact, I was told that if I could produce a screenshot of my time slot, THEN someone would meet me at the showroom 30 minutes later than my actual appointment. I opted out of this "accommodation"; however, I still texted my screenshot to prove I was not lying about making an appointment. I then was called back with a partial apology because, on the one hand, they apologized. However, on the other hand, they then tried to insinuate that I made the appointment while I was on the phone for the initial call, even though I had done it around 11:00 am that day. I was hoping to like this business and hate leaving bad reviews. However, I felt I needed to save other customers from a similar experience.
