I appreciate the response, BUT if my review was read thoroughly, I stated, "I made sure to voice my concerns to THE STAFF each time..." In addition, I said I noticed some improvement, in those weak areas. This is NOT a local gym for me, I drive from another county to workout at this particular location because I like the environment and staff. After visiting multiple Planet Fitness facilities, within and outside of the state; the one main thing working for this location is definitely the size and equipment availability. There are PLENTY of duplicate free weights (which I personally love) and a tone of cardio/fitness equipment, which is great and helps eliminate waiting. The staff is friendly, and greet people as they come and go, but can sometimes be a little distracted by their devices. I would have given 3.5 stars, but that is not an option. The main reason for the score is the cleanliness. One of the first things, was not seeing periodic patrolling of the main floor and equipment wipe down, as seen at other locations, especially given the current climate we're in. This lack of attention to detail has resulted in me periodically finding discarded paper towels, left behind in the cups of machines or empty water bottles, on the floor. The second and most disturbing issue was the Ladies' room. I made sure to voice my concerns to the staff, each time, but the lack of expediency, coupled with excuses was a bit off-putting. On numerous occasions, the sinks were devoid of soap, so I had to utilize the soap, from the shower stalls. And the feminine bins, inside of the bathroom stalls, were grossly overlooked. As of late, however, I have noticed what appears to be an effort to do better, in these areas.

I swear by this gym... definitely my favorite of all the Planet Fitness in my area. Always clean, great customer service and personal training services, tons of machines so you never really have to wait for anything. But best of all is the people and strong sense of community that the members have. They are courteous, friendly and take pride in their gym.

Maybe its the Location, but I was greeted when I came into the facility and acknowledged when Leaving out..
