    I spoke with Nicole with Pickett Law today who was SO rude. To my surprise, reading through multiple comments show that this is a pattern for Nicole. I could not believe the tone in her voice. If you do not have the proper professional attitude, then maybe you should find another career. I asked to speak with her manager, Cristy, who was very professional and answered my questions without any attitude. I would not refer this practice just because of Nicole. Its 2024 now, please do better!

    I spoke with Krissy about a dispute on my account. I tried to explain to her my situation. She was disgustingly rude. She was condescending, in every way, did not listen - cut me off multiple times, I had to ask her politely to even let me finish a statement. Just outright disrespectful. At a certain point, I asked her if I could speak to someone else in the office about my case, and she said "I'm the office manager. I can have the receptionist explain it to you." and then proceeded to put me on hold for nearly 15 minutes, before reaching a receptionist. The receptionist, refused to give me any contact information for the ACTUAL attorneys in the office or tell me when they would be in the office so I could call, very unprofessional. I honestly hope this office finds a new office manager, because Krissy was awful! I even feel bad for the receptionist. Easily one of the worst experiences I have ever had speaking with a representative/human. Hard to believe she's even a good person in general the way she spoke to me. Horrible horrible horrible!

    Unprofessional would be an understatement. Its unbelievable that these woman have a been placed in role that involves any form of human contact. Their basic communication skills are non existent. Im sure they do not speak to ppl in this manner except for in virtual settings such as telephone bc it is no way anyone would tolerate it. I had to terminate multiple calls in hopes to find an actual professional. They actually scream to the top of their lungs and throw temper tantrums when you ask them to allow you to speak (which you shouldnt even have to do). I had one young lady tell me that she isnt going to let me speak (at this point who raised you forget workplace training) the other young lady yelled in my ear and abruptly cut me off mid sentence when I inquired about the status of an email I was waiting for and stated YOU DIDNT provide an email which was completely inaccurate, but even if I didnt provide the email it was highly unprofessional to state the very least. Im not sure who is training these ppl but it definitely seems that theyre all trained to be aggressive but unfortunately have not figured out how to do so professionally. Ive never seen anything like it. I was disgusted at their inability to host a business related conversation without yelling. I am still in disbelief.

    My HOA uses this law firm . I spoke with Nicole Hare ( legal assistant) she was very unprofessional, rude , disrespectful, argumentative and the list goes on . She wanted to argue with me after I voiced my concern of her attitude towards me . The first phone call she came off at me as if I was incompetent . Overall , bad customer service . Training is DEFINITELY needed in that area I was able to speak with Krissy( office manager ) Krissy, was super professional, understanding, excellent communication skills, excellent written communication skills via email . Krissy, has my case now and I think Ill have a better experience. Kudos to Krissy ! THANKYOU so much !
