i had very bad experience with this company ,I worked with CPA for Personal and Business(Company) tax filling estimation for year 2022.I went to his office for estimations and he told me couple of documents are missing for business filling and ask me to get those documents. On that day while returning Receptionist ask me to pay money if possible before tax filling. I gave cash 800 dollars to her as i was thinking of filling with him at that time. After i come back I checked in turbo tax and i found better filling estimation so I filled it my self. After that when i went back to his office and explained him this and asked to take off the fee for estimation and return remaining amount of money that i paid earlier (as he did not file my taxes.) But He said he can give only 50 dollars out of $800 which means he charged $750 just for estimation which is very unfair.
