The auto zone location provided amazing customer service!!!! Employee Adiah went above and beyond with customer service. I desperately needed help and she didnt turn me away. The manager also cultivates a culture of great customer service and a great work place!!!! The employees seems to enjoy being here. I will definitely come back; they have my loyalty business!!!!

I needed a battery so I went to AutoZone in Catonsville. Lamont took care of me. I know nothing about batteries. He was very professional and kind. He took the time to explain everything to me. He also installed the battery . I would highly recommend going to that location and ask for Lamont.

My appreciation goes to the new store manager and how he definitely made sure a problem been solved! So, I returned an engine coil thinking my funds would be back on my card within the next 2-3 business days but for an entire month I've been calling the store, customer service, and the treasure department and they all told me they'll pass on the message, or someone will call me back! For a month I've been ignored by auto zone until a New Store Manager researched and saw my problem and solved it by going into his own pocket and payed me himself! Thanks a lot Sir, I wish you the best and I wish you the best! You deserve to achieve the highest goals and that store is lucky to have this new store manager. Definitely made sure the problem was solved
