Avis Car Rental

After our Southwest flight was completely cancelled and we had no way to fly home, we were in desperate search for a rental car. We called dozens of Avis locations and Winny in Catonsville was the only one who answered. She was able to find us a car and we were able to drive back home. Thank you, Winny!

They are a blessing in these times where car dealerships are marking up cars $60K! While they prey on consumers who can't afford $1K monthly carnotes, I'll rent with no long term commitments. Nothing that I'm stuck with for up to 7 years!

Hello Avis Today my experience at your Catonsville location was by far the worst Ive ever encountered. My $700 personal rental of 7 days was very disappointing.. Two cars were not mechanically operational and the other was disgusting and reeked of foul odor. I was not valued as a customer at this location at all. First I was put in a rental with an unknown wheel issue. Second I was place in a replacement rental. That displayed maintenance service on the dash. I requested to cancel and I would rent from the airport. I was then told that I could swap out at the airport location. I questioned this action and asked the rep to call to confirm this was so. I was told there was no need to. So upon my arrival at the airport. I was told there are no cars available and to check at the front desk. I explained my issue to the rep. She stated I should not have been allowed to drive this rent in its condition. I called back to Catonsville explaining the information at the airport. The last swap, I demanded while on the phone at the airport. For a car that was mechanically safe for me to travel. The Rep explained he was in a rental as we speak and it will be ready when I arrive from the airport. When I arrived the rental seemed to be ok mechanically, but it was dirty and reeked of foul odors

It was a terrible experience they said they had a car available spent 30 dollars to get there and they said they had no cars and I had to spend 30 dollars to get back
