Company hired for two projects- 1) refinish wood floors- not on top of job- requested 3 areas- company thought only two - poor communication between company and subcontractor - had to pay more; also couple of spots stood out as much lighter than others should have been more oversight. 2) patio polymeric resanding. This was a disaster. They forgot to check weather day of and never set.
They took no responsibility. Made complaint to MHIC- found unprofessional -did not get money back as did not show MHIC cost of repair. Disaster.

I cant say enough good things about John K. Eareckson & Co! I had major termite damage, water damage, and wear and tear on my floor. The repairs came out beautifully! I had to pretty much have the whole sunroom floor replace and got the rest of the first floor refinished as well. It was intense - plan on being out of your home for two days. But it will be worth it! The stain and repairs were done beautifully. Big shoutout to Benjamin and his worksite partner for such talented work.

Several spots on the floor not stained properly. They completely missed all staining under baseboard heat vents which are visible. Splashes of stain on our walls and fireplace. Poor quality contractors they use. Not happy.

We had a hard working and very skilled crew that transformed our downstairs with new flooring. Couldnt be more pleased with the job done, and with the way it was done. This company went the extra mile for us!!

We had a tight timeline to refinish our main floor in fall 2021. With two weeks before we were to move in we found hardwood floor under the carpets. We contacted the company on a Friday, had an in person consult that Sunday, and the work was finished by Tuesday. You could not have asked for an easier or faster turn around. My only issue was they were to remove the white quarter round molding to replace with some that was stained to match the flooring. They did, but they did not score the paint before it was removed, so there were large paint chips ripped off the floor molding. I had planned to repaint those anyways so it was not a big deal to me, but it did not look very pretty until I was able to do so. The floors themselves are perfect and I will definitely use this company in the future when we are ready to redo our flooring upstairs.
