      image I am a travel Nurse and have been going to this location for about a year. I simply asked if a duplicate key could be given to a guest until I was able to get there to check in and was advised by Manager, Tam that no such accommodation could be made. Mind you, I stay 2/3 times a week and am a regular to the point when I walk in the door, they don't even ask me for ID or my credit card.
      I called Hampton Inn down the street and a form was emailed a credit card fax authorization form and my request was accommodated in less than 15 minutes.
      They lost a valuable and consistent customer due to the lack of information and poor customer service.

We had suggested the completion of a credit card authorization form, a standard procedure followed by many hotels to authorize the use of your card.       image Definitely had a wonderful stay!!! I didn't want to leave, the rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was great, and it felt very homey . If they had an indoor pool and jacuzzi, this would be a 5-star hotel.
      Rooms: The rooms were modern and clean.
      Walkability: It's definitely in walking distance to whatever you need.
      Food & drinks: The breakfast was great and there are many nearby restaurants
      Noteworthy details: I loved the details in the bathroom
