John was the reason why we chose to buy the whole bed at Mattress Firm Catonsville among many other mattress stores. At first glance, he went through specific diagnostics about the height of pillows that me and my partner preferred, then proceed to several types of mattresses. He was very informative and kind. I will also come back to John when buying another set of bed for my parents. Thank you!

Wonderful experience! Dave Sokol was fabulous and helped us find everything we needed. I ordered everything in Maryland and it was delivered seamlessly in Gulf Shores, Alabama when I requested it! I highly recommend this store.

John at the Catonsville Mattress firm was an absolute pleasure to work with and we are extremely pleased with our experience. John demonstrated excellent customer service, is very knowledgeable, and took the time to listen and get a good understanding of what we were looking for in a new mattress. My experience was incredible to say the least. My family accompanied me and the employee who waited on us, Rula, was the most accommodating, patient, helpful representative I could have hoped to have helped us. She took time to explain the subtle differences between every type of mattress and all available features. We made a decision to purchase a mattress that same day largely due to her.
