When my husband & I began the process of buying a home, we didn't believe we had a chance obtaining a loan. When Chris Lane came into our lives as a potential lender, I knew he was the one to go with! When Chris told us we can expect to close in less than 3 weeks, we were at the table, closing our loan, seventeen short days later! We are still astonished, not only because we closed so quickly, but just the fact that Chris made this happen!! Without Chris and his team, especially Phyllis the loan processor, I truly believe we would not be living in our new home today. Chris Lane did this for us. He made us feel like we were his top priority and his only clients. I felt like part of the SWMC family. If you think your dreams of owning a home are just dreams, talk to Chris Lane! Terrible experience. Communication was terrible. Closing delayed due to negligence of their partners. Promised 0 payment due at closing, and the day of closing they wanted me to pay a little over 2k in order to close. I was the one one always calling to see what's going on, no one ever calls be back or answers their phone. This whole process has been a complete nightmare.

The best Christmas present I have received in a long time. I was able to close on my loan 12/30/2020 which reduced my loan by $600 a month from my previous loan. I had a interest rate of 3.87 and was able to get a 2.250 with SWMC. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I am a very happy customer.

Have had our loan with Sun West since 2015 and recently did a refinance with them. We decided to look into refinancing so we gave them a call first since weve had such a great experience over the last 5 years we really didnt want to move to another loan company. We were able to do the refinance with Sun West which was great. Talked with Clea Calumby - she was amazing from day 1 of the process. She answered all of my mountains of questions quickly and professionally. I would refer Sunwest to anyone and would like to extend 100% appreciation to Clea for helping it run smooth with absolutely no stress.
