Mr. Carnell was amazing. He was very thorough, communicative and very knowledgeable. He walked me around my home to show me exactly what the problems were. He identified a moisture problem which was the origin of the termites. He gave me recommendations about how to keep the termites away. He answered all my questions and picked up the phone right away.
