I needed to get 4 tires and the price was excellent. I think I paid something like 410 for all 4 vs 380 per tire are my dealership. So the price was great. The reason I'm giving one star is because when I got my car back after the tires were replaced my rims were scratched. Noticably. 2 of the 4. So much so that I had to say something and the first person who I spoke to looked at the rims and said (I'm using quotes intentionally) "well I didn't touch that car" and walked off. That is obviously a useless answer, not helpful, and terrible customer service. I went to find the person who did the work and he immediately told me I must have rode the curbs and did it myself. Sir. I know what my car looked like prior to getting it back. So he said he would "open an investigation" and they would review the cameras and call me. No one ever called. Nothing ever came of it. And so here I am with a 1 star rating. I don't have the energy to keep chasing them about it but a review goes a long way. If your rims matter to you, I wouldn't say don't go to Sam's because they are very competitively priced and I get free rotations with them and they are standing by the tires for life. But I would make sure you take a photo or video of everything prior to dropping it off that way you can have indisputable evidence when they tell you that the issue is your fault.

They really deserve 0 stars. I stopped by because I had a donut on my car due to a nail in my tire. I wasnt aware that they werent accepting walk ups (youve been warned). I asked if they plug tires. A young man said that they werent taking walk ups but he would find his boss. He seemed reluctant but went looking.A few minutes later another person came. He may have been the manager but who knows? He was very short with me. He let me know that I would need to make an appointment. Fine by me. I asked if it was the same if I bought tires. He said yes so I asked him to schedule itHe informed me that the first available appointment is in October. Today is 9/21/21. I have a flat. What do I look like waiting that long? He acted like he didnt even want to make the appointment so I declinedI get it COVID has made things tricky, but good customer service is free. Every time Ive tried to purchase tires here theres always some sort of issue.not worth the time or effort.

I was told on Sunday to come back Wednesday to have my tire replaced. Today is Wednesday and no one answers. Phone rings until it doesn't... I'll go to Pep Boys.
