        I've had to visit this store frequently to make copies and ship legal documents. Each time Colin helped me and was so friendly. He knows his job very well and is very calming to speak with which is much appreciated when dealing with stressful issues.

        These are the guys that ship for Dixons Auction. They have one goal in life. To rip off auction customers. First lots from Dixons I came down and picked up. Second was camera gear and they did bubble everything but they charged the heck out of me. Third lot was a single item, that I told them minimal packing a one item lot, IN ADVANCE OF them PICKING IT UP. They tried to Charge me $46 for packing (plus shipping) for this one item after they had an email from me in advance. NEVER AGAIN. I wrote to Dixons and after spending $700 with them in 2021, never heard a word. Made the mistake of buying another lot from Dixons going to this shipper. Shipper said that they wont ship unless I retract my prior review. They clearly dont need my business, and others should be aware of there practices.
