Andrew was an outstanding leasing agent who went above and beyond to show me around the apartment. Despite being unable to afford the two-bedroom unit, he did everything in his power to help me apply and even presented me with a special offer. His thorough understanding of the area and the property's features left a lasting impression.

I visited The fields of Bethesda today. Man what a humble and helpful guy the leasing agent was. He explained us about LIHTC. program so well, that I am just adding my review to mention how much I appreciate The fields for providing affordable apartments for people. You guys are amazing. Even the renters we talked to were super nice. It was very pleasant experience.
