        It was a spectacular event, the picanha and all the other meals were delicious! Mr. Phillip's friendliness and practice in executing this highlight plus the participation of the Bozzuto team was wonderful! An excellent experience to connect residents to each other, moments of distraction and cultural knowledge too! Thank you very much!

        Leaves much to be desired. Ive only been here for 90 days, and Im already regretting my decision. I actually moved here from another Bozzuto property and the quality of service is night and day. I submitted a maintenance request over a week ago. At the time of writing this review, I still havent received any response or follow up. I submitted the same request to the concierge at the Barrett four days ago thinking maybe there was a glitch in the online system or that I did something wrong. She confirmed that my requests were indeed there and even claimed to notate in the system to expedite them. Yet here we are. For the past week, weve been experiencing snowfall and extremely cold temperatures. I dont think its unreasonable to want hot water to shower when its 18 degrees outside. Maintenance is a joke.and for the amount of money tenants pay to live here, its outright insulting. I wont even start on the apartment walls being paper thin like some other reviewers have mentioned, and the lack of carpet doing nothing to insulate noise. The Claude definitely does not live up to the Bozzuto brand or standard.

        I signed a lease for a 2 bedroom apartment at Barrett today. Taylor Davis was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful. She showed me and my daughters a couple of available units and let us all take our time to look around and think about which unit we liked best. We are very excited about moving to Barrett. Thank you Taylor.
