We had a great experience working with Sean and his team. They rescued our aging brick patio from sinking into the ground. Now it looks like new and will be an excellent family space for years to come. Everyone on the team was very professional, highly skilled and efficient. And best of all, no surprises. During the summer of 2022 we reconstructed our wood deck to composite and expanded it. While we loved the additional space it quickly became clear that those who build the deck did a very poor job. Enter American Deck! I reached out to American Deck because they were listed as a Platinum installer of Timbertech composite decking. The Conway's were super responsive to my needs and made two separate site visits to make sure that we were clear on the scope of the repairs. Unfortunately, the deck was built so poorly that we were limited in what could be done without totally starting from scratch. But Sean and Chase Conway worked with me to find a path forward. Rene, the foreman, did an amazing job on site and within two weeks, our deck is looking and functioning as we had originally wished. I can't say enough about Sean, Chase and Rene. They were truly professional and we love the work they did. We wish we used them from the get go and we'd have an even nicer outdoor space! Service: Deck repair

Great experience with this team. Sean listened to what we wanted, was responsive to and incorporated our requests into the new design. Old deck pretty rotted away, new deck gorgeous and just what we asked for. Not a complicated design but with finicky details in the privacy fence around the deck which were all met beautifully. Best contracting company we have ever worked with, and we have fully renovated a three-story townhouse in D.C. so we have worked with many, many contractors. Sean and his team were extraordinarily professional. They met every commitment; listened and responded to our needs; made appropriate and excellent suggestions; were sensitive to the neighbors; and turned in a work product that exceeded every expectation we had. They replaced a roof deck and railings on two patios. Not only are we fully satisfied, but the neighbors have thanked us for giving them a "work of art" to view.
