Sam was the real estate agent of our first house. Now our 2nd. We kept coming back to him, because this guy is freaking good! Sam processes very extensive knowledge of the current and future housing market. He gave us advices when needed, but also allowing plenty of freedom for us to make our own decision. He is patient and kind, despite the fact that we were house hunting for almost a full year, browsing through countless houses, he has always patiently visited every house that we hoped to visit and provided helpful yet objective opinions to each house. When the final opportunity presents itself, Sam strategically planned the offers for us and had insights of the seller's psychology. We manage to win the bids and went on with the inspection. This is when Sam shines again, he recommended a really great inspector for us, who went above and beyond with the inspection and manage to identify many hidden issues that otherwise might slip through unnoticed. We got our house at an unbelievably good price, which Sam Lin played a crucial role. We cannot be happier with our experience with Sam and we would recommend him to any future buyers.
