I was referred to Probuilt Deck &Fence, LLC by another happy customer. I contacted the owner Tai La and he was able to schedule an appointment with myself and my husband immediately. Our original deck was worn and falling apart. Tai La understood we had children and wanted a safe deck for the children to play on. This was in the midst of the Pandemic too. Tai La consulted with us and provided his professional suggestions and gave us plenty of options which best fit our budget. Tai La was very professional, intelligent, and very down to earth!!! It was a pleasant experience indeed working with Tai La. Probuilt Deck & Fence rebuilt our deck in less than 72 hours when we were quoted a week, which was quicker than we expected and we were over-joyed!!!! Our deck is sturdy, high quality material, and the clean-up was to perfection. The contractors who performed the work were very friendly, used Covid-19 PPE protocols, and professional. I love this company and appreciate the Owner, Tai La being fair and honest during the entire experience. I will recommend Probuilt Deck & Fence to my family and friends. Plus, I will contact Tai La soon to build a patio for the Summer of 2021. THIS IS AN AWESOME COMPANY!!!!

I hired this company to build a deck and install a fence at my house. He assured me they had 20 years experience and use high quality supplies. I am so disappointed in my deck. Not only did they fail inspection but they used poor quality defective wood that had splits, cracks, chips and knot holes. I complained about the wood and told him it should been returned to his vendor. He tries to convince me nothing is wrong with the wood. I did my research and found this wood is subpar and possibly aged from being outside. Almost all the post and floor deck wood is defective. I was so dissappointed in the workmanship and material for deck and fence. I tried to work this out with Tai Le but he refused to offer customer satisfaction. I am suing this company. They tried to take advantage of me because I'm a woman. Do not use this company.
