Horrible intake process. I was asked 100 questions that had nothing to do with scheduling an appointment such as how did you hear about us? After the 100 questions, the interviewer tried to set me up at a location no where near where I wanted to visit, without letting me tell her what I was looking for and where. 100 questions only to find out The Columbia office doesnt even have any in-person therapists.

ZEROOOO stars. Don't go here. They will scam you. I wish my sister and I had checked their Better Business Bureau complaints before signing up with them. They changed my sister's in-network therapist to an out-of-network counselor out the blue without telling her he was out-of-network. She had a session with him only to find out afterwards that she was charged full price due to the counselor being out-of-network. It's been months and we're still getting the runaround about our refund from the mysterious and elusive Heather, a manager that we have yet to speak to because she's always "in meetings," according to the office attendants. On top of everything, my sister was still charged for their $39 monthly membership fee at the end of September even though they confirmed they cancelled that membership two months ago. Charging her for that membership was strange from the beginning because she signed a waiver from the get-go that excluded her from paying it due to her being a student. We're also being given the runaround about our refund for that membership. At this point they owe my sister $140 and have yet to deliver even though my sister cancelled all services with them in August. They are SCAMMERS. Protect your money and AVOID!!!

Edited...my therapist is fantastic but unfortunately this company has shameful and unethical billing practices. Go on Facebook reviews and you'll find many stories of clients who are being over-billed and taken advantage of. There should be a class action lawsuit against this company for their unethical billing. I'm sure many people are unknowingly having money taken from them. All people who are trying to get help for their mental health. Shameful. Right now they owe me at least $120
