        I could not be more enthusiastic to urge you all to look for another gastro doctor before coming here. I started my IBD journey here in early January. After about 9 weeks, they almost have prescribed me medicine to help, however it seems they cant figure out how to send the medicine to my pharmacy. Ive spoke with an actual doctor for about 6 minutes. They make it impossible for you to calll and ask questions, and the portal is useless. Youre on your own if you come here

        The practice at Olney doesnt believe in seeing patients on time. They take pride in letting patients and family members wait and wait. They make multiple appointments in the same time frame creating lot of logistic issues which they dont seem to care. Greed overtakes decency and due consideration of others.

        Avoid. Hardly ever get to see the GI after initial visits. PAs seem to have different info than the GI. Go anywhere else.

        This was first time being at this medical office. I came in for a second opinion. Being aready treated at another gastro center, I was absolutely impressed and pleased with the staff and doctor! Dr. Rashti was very proffesional, nice and attentive! He listen to my concerns very well and made sure I am comfortable and had no questions. I appreciate the time spend explaining everything. From the front desk to medical assistant, everyone was super nice and welcoming. I also really liked that they were able to do my bloodwork in the on site unlike my previous gastro center, which made things so much easier. Absolutely recommend this office to anyone!
