Worse customer service ever the ladies that do the kids morning kits need to be fired... they are rude and not understanding. A $3 kit becomes a big deal.

I am a regular at Home Depot stores. I go at least twice a week. Typically I drive to the Annapolis location because my first experience at the home depot at the laurel location was terrible. I decided to give this location another try. Well, 50 minutes later, 3 phone calls to the store, and a call to corporate and they still have yet to bring out my order. Keep in mind that the actual store answered my first call and said they'd be right out. Its been 30 minutes since I spoke with them. The second and third time, they did not pick up. When I called the corporate number, they tried to transfer me to the store and then transferred me back to the automated line. Literally nothing was taken care of. The purpose of doing curbside is because I have small children in the car with me. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I've been to Home Depot's all the way down the east coast and have never experienced service as bad as this one. Save your time. Save your money. Go to Lowe's or Ace or drive the extra distance to go to the Annapolis location. Honestly, it would have been a lot faster, even though this location is supposed to be 20 minutes closer.
