2nd Review. Okay this is an update. The office manager called me and was very understanding. She listened and was empathetic, said she would pass my comments onto her management. I hope they listen. I just think the whole experience is very impersonal. But I guess Business is Business. 1st Review Scheduling did not get easier. Trying to talk to a real person got harder. Seriously frustrating pressing buttons and listening then having to go online and that was ridiculous. Pay people a decent wage and have them help your potential patience. Definitely made sure to ask me that I would have my insurance information and my Referral information God forbid you guys dont get paid.

Zero stars. My 6 year has needed a knee xray for two months now. Every location I've gone to has had at least an hour to hour and a half wait (no appointments allowed for xrays)!! I've had to leave each time with both my 6 and 3 year old. Finally attempted the Columbia location. A haughty woman seemed so happy to inform me my 6 year old couldn't get his xray because I had my 3 year old with me. I said, fine. I'll have her sit here while he gets it done. Nope! She asked why someone couldn't "meet me here" to watch her. Um. Because people work??? Why none of the other locations even bothered telling me I wasn't allowed to bring my other child is beyond my comprehension. A.R. simply highlights how *insanely* family unfriendly our society is - the less resources you have, the less care you receive.

Scheduled an appointment only to arrive at appointment and they not have any record of the appointment. Complete waste of time, unorganized business. Will be going elsewhere.
