As a clinician, it disappoints me that I am so inclined to rate another clinician so harshly, however my experience with Ms. Adeleye has pushed me so.
During our first meeting, Adeleye was 10 minutes late to a 60 minute appointment. I had to call Lifestance twice to contact her and come to our scheduled appointment. During this meeting, Adeleye was not empathetic nor personable, two qualities that I find paramount.
On our second meeting, Adeleye completely missed our scheduled meeting (20 minutes late to a 20 minute appointment). I called Lifestance several times to contact Adeleye, and even the individual I spoke with commented that Adeleye is known to be late to her appointments. Further, when Adeleye finally showed up after our appointment, she appeared in a bathrobe and was barely apologetic. This is totally unacceptable, and someone should speak with her about this unprofessionalism.
