If you want to live in a dorm environment with no maintenance or enforced non smoking policy you found the place!!! CONSTANT pot smoking or drug paraphernalia ( baggies, needles and loaded crack pipes in stairwells with zero action from landlord or police, yes " all but legal" ( which still means not legal) and they don't live here and they giggle when you ask for courtesy to just do it outside. It gets so bad my baby wakes up vomiting in the middle of the night. This complex does not care what so ever about your children or how you feel, but you must pay rent on time! For the safety of young children I would absolutely never recommend this a " healthy" environment.

I lived at Crofton Village for one year. The grounds were very well kept and the area is nice and quiet. Whenever I had any needs Cindy, the property manager always addressed them. She always returned my calls or emails whenever I contacted the office. She was extremely accommodating when I was moving out, she was definitely a gem! Thank you!!!

Hi, I lived at Crofton Village apartments for 8 years. I've never had no bad experience with the employees in the rental office since I've been living here. The maintenance employees always there when needed and whatever needs fixing its done well. The buildings are kept clean all the time. The grass and trees are always taken care of. They are renovated them with new kitchen cabinets and new appliances. Also new vanity cabinets in the bathroom with hardwood floors. They are putting washer and dryer in each unit. With hardwood floors throughout the apartment except the bedrooms. It's a great place to live and feel comfortable. If you are out there looking to move in Crofton this is a great place to come.

I dont recommend no one to live at Crofton village apartments Ive lived here for 8 years and Im let you all know the maintenance men comes in my apartment whenever they want I have reported this numerous times to leasing office and corporate and nothing has been done. The first incident I was in bathroom taking bath and I heard noise in living room the maintenance man was in my apartment in hallway watch me I was yelling get out called leasing office reported it to Cindy and she just laughed like I was lying. The second incident I was watching tv in living room my front door opened it was same maintenance man again I reported that. The third incident I was leaving out of my apartment I locked door , walking downstairs maintenance man comes in the building goes upstairs to 3rd floor I watched him go into my apartment and stayed in there for 5 minutes when the maintenance man came out I was at my door I said what hell are you in my apartment for , he say him no English ,they speak English they understand. The only thing I like is the neighborhood is very quiet . I have over hundred residents that are willing to speak out about same thing they are experiencing.i had cameras in my apartment I have evidence of everything I have gave evidence over to police and also to news reports. God doesnt like ugly whats done in dark will come to the light!!!
