1/31/24 : Brought in 7 pairs of shoes, over $900 in value . 1 shoe alone that I had BRAND NEW , DEADSTOCK cost $460. This man has the nerve to take 15 mins to waste my time and offer 435 for ALL 7 PAIRS. And all pairs were 9/10 VNDS Before I walked in to get my estimate.. a stranger offered to buy one of my shoes but they werent his size and before I went inside he told me to stand firm on my prices cause they lowballing like crazy , running a PAWNSHOP in there. Offering $200 for size 11M DS Jackie Robinson Dunks that never seen the ground is insanity. If you aint know what you was looking at , ask for help so you dont lose business. That offering $40-60 per pair gon get them lights cut quick .

Bro they weak asl I brought in some brand new 13s chutney and some used 1s gortex he said they was worth 30 on stock X and he lied like cuz I dead ahh just looked on stock X and the both worth more then 140 like they scammin yo dont take nun here

I always bring them good quality items like all the time and the black guy in there always giving me a hard time that buys the shoes I come in around 5:40 and theres only one person in line and I was the only person who came in he just had to tell me he cant help me the lady the lady in line I thought the customer service was most important why is the doors still open if your not continuing service thats was just unprofessional to me just telling me he cant help me and its 20 mins till 6:00 so I just didnt get why he chose to not go the extra mile for the customer

First time I came in to this store I was happy about the selection they had, vibe was so off though, the guys there seemed like they were bothered by what I asked, I wanted to buy a pair of fire red 3s they were brand new, I told the guy I wanted to try the shoe on and he said I couldnt because it was new, so I was like how am I suppose to know if the shoe fits me, he directed me to the used section and told me to try another pair of shoes that were similar, lol, so I just let it be and I ended up buying the sneakers I wanted anyways, but I wasnt happy of how I was treated, came back a second time to give it another go, mind you I drove an hour away, this time I wanted to do a trade in and get store credit to buy another pair of sneakers, the shoes I brought were a pair of brand new posites, they low balled me so hard, it was insane, dude wanted to give me $40 dollars for a shoe that is going for $320, I said at least give me a 100 dollars store credit Im not just trying to take money from you but also buy another pair from you guys, I was still going to come out of pocket $200 dollars for a refurbished sneaker, dude acted like he knew what he was doing and didnt budge at all, so they lost $200 dollars that day, and a come up on a pair that they couldve sold easily for $260, moral of the story treat your customers better, change your personnel, I will never come here again, dont bring your shoes here
