        I don't think Nationwide is on my side. There is no in-person office anymore. I am an older person and this is important to me. Offices are locked up. It's been a month since my car was hit by a kid driving his mother's car. I was not at fault. Still do not have claims number to even get an estimate. I had to call Progressive to get information. Not thrilled with either company! Keep having to leave phone messages. Just want to get my car fixed.
