Clean, well maintained hotel with Great staff! I would reccomend this hotel to anyone traveling to Easton, MD. Rooms: Rooms were neat and clean!

I usually don't write reviews, but in this case, I was very disappointed my last stay here. My family and I like to take little weekend getaway trips for the weekends to relax. We stayed on 3/8 through 3/10 and 3/16 to 3/17. We were assigned room 329. Daylight savings time was the morning of 3/10 we set our alarm to be up early for breakfast that morning because we knew the clocks would not be changed over because of the time change. When we got back and we noticed we had 15 minutes so we figured we would make a couple of waffles. The lady that works in the breakfast sees us down there and our plan was to make our waffles and go up to our room. We make the first one, then start the second one. The breakfast women then decided to take the stack of plates completely away knowing there was other places that still needed to be cleaned other than that specific place with the waffle maker. So, we had to ask her for a plate and she acted like she didnt want to give us one while mumbling and rolling her eyes. This was all on 3/10. The following week 3/16 we stay and check in and are assigned 329. We are actually pretty excited about it. The next morning for we wake up thinking its 9 oclock on the clock, but evidently the clock was not change to the correct time for an entire week. We go down to the breakfast area so hope to get our daughter at least a bowl of cereal. I ask my daughter what kind of cereal she wanted and the same lady in the breakfast from the week before looks at me then snatches the bowls off the of the counter and walks into the back area. Like this is a little girl that just wanted a simple bowl of cereal. This woman is really heartless! I go to the front desk and ask the women if anyone has stay in room 329 since last weekend. She says Im sure, why. I simply tell her, we stay here and we stayed in that same room last week and the clocks have not been changed since we stay there so we just fine it very unfair at this point with our stay. There was a man up front as well and he stated that the clock should have changed the day of daylight savings. I find that very hard to believe considering the age of the clocks. We felt as if we were not given a fair stay on not one but two occasions. We have stay here on multiple occasions and Im not sure what is happening but I am truly disappointed with how we were treated during our last stay. With this being said I use to work in this same kind of work so the lady cleaning up early in the break area you are suppose to WAIT until guest are done eating regardless if they went over the time for breakfast. Also, my mother has been a manager for a Holiday Inn Express and Suites for over 15 years and all clocks are changed by hand, including the microwave. So before lying to a guest you should think twice. Like I said, I am very disappointment. Would not recommend.
