        Well I have been a customer with PNC for a while, and I just went to them today and noticed that they have taken out the ATM that was inside. Don't know why they did it and will be calling to what's the reason for that. Because it made it convenient for most people and faster service. Very disappointed....

        Opened an account. Closed it a week later as I didnt need it. They charged me $50 to close the acct. They said if I kept the acct open a year they would not charge me but I believed theyd take money from me some other way so best just to close the acct.

        Terrible customer service. Went to change names on a CD and they asked if I was still alive....why yes I am . What a joke.....
