I have shower glass installed years ago by them, no issues but I went to get the strip at the bottom of the door replaced and was given the wrong size, I did give them the old one to go by. My husband tried to cut it down with no luck so I took it back and the girl at the counter was incredibly rude. She took the piece and my number, three days later never called to tell me it was ready. When I went there she rudely told me it would be $15. I said I am not paying for something again when you did not get it right the first time. She rudely said, just take it. BTW you can get those at Lowes three times the length for $15. I learned that afterwards.

Professional, efficient and quality work. Communicated everything along the way, & even took their shoes off at my front door. Would definitely use them again-they are awesome!

I took a broken 30 inch diameter acrylic table top in for replacement. It took them a few days to get an estimate, since they were very busy. The estimate came in at $1400.56!!!!! I declined and went back to get the two pieces of the table top and took it to a competitor, where I am paying $240. Strange experience.
