The branch is great, their credit cards seem to work everywhere, but walmart for some reason for many customers.

This particular branch is amazing. I went the Elkton branch because my card had been hacked.I went to the Elkton branch for a new card.Marquise a,client service professional was condescending and rude.He insisted that I had to pay overdraft fees from the hack on that account and new debt cards fee before I could get a new card. I've had the same issue before an had no problem getting a new card.I went right into the Northeast location and was immediately helped by the kindest associate. I dont know what wrong with the Elkton branch but you guys are killing it. Great job!

I chose this bank specifically because they provide an ATM card for the type of account I needed to get. But the ATM has been broken literally 4 times when I've stopped by here in the last 3 months. But, the CEO gets his bonus so who cares, right? Suggestion: Get a bank that's more reliable. Update: The bank called me about this review. According to them it's protocol, but it felt weird. I called back and left a message that I wasn't sure what else they wanted to know beyond the fact that it's been broken. The next day I try to again get my money from this ATM. It's working, yay! But it won't process my transactions. I go in the bank and am assured it's because their system just got switched over, but I can tell from the phone conversation with the tech support that they haven't encountered this and don't know how to fix it. I'm there half an hour and am told it's fixed. I try the ATM again. Still not working. I go back in and spend another half an hour with another banker. Can't get it fixed. I then ask if I can at least get the money I was trying to get, and am told "sure, just hop in the back of the line for tellers." After an hour with the people, then 10 more minutes in the teller line. I left there with both my ATM cards (I have 2 accounts here) still not working. I was told I would get a call when they get the original solved. That was last week. This all just feels like terrible customer service at every step of the way.
