A few year ago we worked with Neil and Jose to design a house in Ocean View, Delaware. Fast forward a bit--- we pulled the trigger to build and the house is near completion. Jose helped us with several designs until we honed in our favorite. They designed a fully custom house with challenging municipal setbacks and made our construction documents as well. The 3D renderings helped us visualize and walk through our house, which proved helpful when inspecting the build. We will definitely come back to Neil and his team for any design needs.

They were super helpful in taking my rabbit barn design and making it a code compliant soon to be reality. I was kept updated throughout the process; and pricing and turnaround time were very reasonable. Staff was friendly and asked plenty of questions to gauge the purpose and usage of various aspects of the building, as well as making the design easy to understand so I can do the build work myself. I highly recommend them!

Neil and the team were awesome to work with. Very fair, detailed, and knowledgeable. They were flexible to our ideas and improved upon some concepts we had with our plan. Whenever we had something we wanted to tweak, they were more than accommodating. They were also energetic and happy which is a nice bonus.
