        What can I say about this agency? ALOT!! Julie really took the time to find out my interests. She was in constant contact working with me to find my next position. And she nailed it. I knew in the interview that IT was the place I would land. I was offered the position later that afternoon. Julie was absolutely phenomenal and my biggest cheerleader through the process and such a wealth of knowledge and support. Trust me, it might not seem like you're making progress, but they are working tirelessly behind the scenes to match you with the PERFECT fit for both you and the company. I'm so glad I went with them. They truly took the time and cared, and wasn't focused on putting you into any old job/position. I will recommend them and Julie to anyone I know looking to progress or change careers. OH... the position I was offered actually paid more to. BONUS win ALL the way around! Thanks Julie and Exact Staff!
