If you are looking for a mold inspection and testing , do not hesitate to call this guy. I called other mold inspectors but they also did the removal as well which I dont agree with because then they can increase the cost and amount of work to be done and their testing was way less professional and involved than MMTS. They explained everything in a way I could understand it easily. If you live in Delaware call this guy. He even performed testing for my friend in Pennsylvania!

I hired MMTS for my home in Maryland and was very satisfied with the testing that was performed, the professionalism, and speed at which it was all done. I have a rental in Lewes Beach Delaware, and I had some water loss many years ago. Jon was there first thing the next morning after explaining my concerns. He collected air samples inside and out and we received the results within a few days. Had a company come to treat air and some minor cleaning was needed. I now feel completely confident to rent the property. I would highly recommend MMTS to anyone that has any concerns with mold, mildew, water damage, and even bacteria. I highly recommend Jon with MMTS. His analysis and help was essential for the mold issues we were having in our farm house in Elkton. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge concerning testing of the air and surfaces. Our farm house is very old and has had many water issues, mildew and mold. He educated me on the testing process until I completely understood and felt comfortable. The testing took no time and really made the remedial process that much easier. They actually test before remediation and after to ensure all issues are resolved. I was very pleased with the whole process and couldn't have asked for better service.

We were dealing with some health issues related to our son, and were told to look into issues around the house, primarily our basement, that could be causing his reactions. He gave us a day and time he could meet at the house to complete the inspection and testing for us, and was there right on the dot. Jon is a life saver. Have been dealing with a musty smell in our bathroom for months now after a leak repair. Everyone in the home was experiencing cold symptoms ever since so we decided get the home inspected for mold. We found MMTS through referrals from friends that lived in Pennsylvania and Maryland. The initial phone consultation was very helpful and informative. Jon came over and inspected the entire home and gave us tips on other repairs. He took samples and after a few days he was able to pinpoint black mold that was growing inside our bathroom walls and ceiling. He walked us through the entire process on how to remediate the situation. When the contractors came to open the wall we were able to see all the black toxic mold inside the wall and ceiling cavities that were basically making everyone sick.
