        APGFCU has become predatory. They now have a $32 fee for rejecting a charge on your account if you don't have the funds. And if you keep courtesy pay, they let the charge go through and you get charged $32. There should not be a fee just for rejecting a charge. You also can't set up your CD accounts to not renew until a WEEK before the renewal date. And if your not on top of that and dont remember that specific date 1-3 years later, you're locked in for another term. As I said before, PREDATORY.

        I really like banking with them. They are friendly and very helpful bank. Tellers are informative about making sure clients know dates that would negatively impact them.

        My debit card was, unfortunately, associated with an account that was hacked. I don't use cash, I don't use checks - my debit card is everything! I was told on the phone to cut up the old card and a new one would be mailed to me. OH NO! I went to the local branch, they identified me with phone & picture id, told me the source and nature of the fraud attempt, and gave me an immediate replacement card. Fast, friendly, kind, efficient - I can't say enough good things about the local APGFCU branch personnel!

        If you ever need anything dont expect to get it done. If you call youd be lucky to even speak to someone. Loan was paid off three weeks ago and still havent gotten my release letter. Went into the branch and they said you have to call the loan department. Well it sure would be nice if they answered the phones. Yesterday I requested a call back got nothing. Today requested a call back. And called again and have been on hold for over an hour. As soon as I get this paperwork Im canceling everything with apg
