        I called from a doctors office to assist Ms. Andrews with medical records she was requesting, the way she answered the telephone, was hostile, and disrespectful. She hung up on me, I called back she then YELLED, "OBVIOUSLY I CANNOT HEAR YOU" AND THEN HUNG UP AGAIN. People like Ms. Andrews should not be in public service and definitely should not have peoples live in their hands.
