Tiffin Athletic Mats

Terrible company and even worst customer service. If you google search Gerald Stringer you will see how many lawsuits he has in his name aswell as Tiffin Mats. He is allegedly taking peoples money with the intent to never fulfill their order, which is illegal. Gerald Stringer needs to stopped. He cannot keep doing this to 1000's of people. Contact the Maryland Attny General and also Justice/gov Gerry Stringer needs to be held accountable for his actions

Do not order from this company!!! If I could do less than 1 star I would. Ordered wrestling mats for our police department defensive tactics program. Placed order in June of 2022. I was initially told it would take 6-8 weeks. Called in August and could not get an update. Tried again every month after that and could not get an update. Waited until we hit 10 months and called to cancel order. Was told the order was canceled and the department would be issued a full refund within 30 days. It has now been 60 days and still no refund. I was told to email Gerry because he is the only person that can approve a refund. Absolute worst customer service!

I ordered over $10,000 worth of resi-pits, mats, etc. I wanted to pay with my Amazon Prime Credit Card, but was told it would be better to mail a check that was cashed immediately. My order moved to awaiting fulfillment and was promised by the first of May. (also paid over $900 for shipping) Called ever 3 weeks or so and spoke to Robin and assured me that my order was scheduled and would be on time. However, after the delivery date passed, Robin conveniently forgot our prior conversations and referred me to a bogus 800 customer service number. Robin said to make sure I check my spam folder!!! Huge Red Flag They steal funds wherever they can, but change the name of their company and sell on Amazon for the moment. Attorney time now and all we want is the equipment that we paid for along with payment for shipping or a FULL IMMEDIATE REFUND! Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY FROM THEIR WEBSITE OR ON AMAZON!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I am the General Manager of Grizzly Family Fitness in Palmer, Alaska. I ordered mats and paid for them on August 17, 2022. It's now May 22, 2023 and I still have no mats. I was told it would take 3-4 months (which means Dec 2022). I have reached out to the company several times and usually no response. Robin will reply. The guy I ordered from, Gerry, WILL NOT COMMUNICATE. I should mention he communicated really well when setting up and paying for the order, but since he got our money, he ghosts me all the time. I finally called the main number today and spoke to a very nice lady who is supposedly getting the customer service department to give me a response. Oh, one last thing...when I asked the lady at the main number if I could speak to someone above Gerry, she told me he's the owner of the company!
