Amazing resort like amenities. Super fast maintenance when requested and staff is super friendly! Beautiful apartments. My partner is in the Army so we move a lot. We will be sad to leave this place!

Sala and her team have been so incredibly helpful throughout the entire leasing process. Moving from out of state can be a bit stressful, however everyone at Bainbridge Market Commons made the entire process seamless. I could not be more impressed with the high level of customer service, keep up the great work!

Jose gave me an amazing tour on today. The place is everything you could ask for and is surrounded around a lot of great shopping centers.

This is honestly such a great experience for my wife and I so far living at Bainbridge. First off, the management teams have been nothing but welcoming and helpful throughout the entire process from the tour scheduling, all the way through the paperwork and eventual move-in process. The maintenance team have been attentive, and we've never had to wait longer than 24 hours before getting any work orders completed. The team is professional, and they will try everything in their power to make sure you have a wonderful experience. As for the facilities themselves, they are exactly what you would want for what you pay for. They are very well-kept, clean, and offerings like the water and coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar are immaculate additions. The premises is safe and maintained. Easy access to all kinds of shops and restaurants. We have no complaints and would absolutely suggest Bainbridge for a place of residence for someone looking for higher end living in Frederick.

I had a great time visiting Bainbridge Market Commons and ultimately signing a lease here. Jose and all of the staff were knowledgeable, kind and helpful during my initial meeting and walkthrough. The property, amenities and, most importantly, the apartments were absolutely pristine, modern and luxurious. The fitness room has everything from free weights to Peloton equipment - even a fancy display with virtual fitness instructors The mailroom has a secured area to hold your packages. There is also a club house, conference rooms, pool, grilling area, indoor/outdoor recreation area, etc etc...all immaculate! My 1BR is spacious and modern. The appliances are top-notch, and I can appreciate the numerous electrical outlets throughout. I could keep going on... I had high expectations from the information online, and Bainbridge exceeded my expectations!
