I hate this McDonalds. Its one of the new ones that that looks like its a place where you would get your taxes done if they just took the McDonalds arches off the side of the building. You cant get your own drinks, salt or ketchup because they inexplicably dont have any of that out for the customers to get themselves. In addition, the staff all hide in the back so, you have to stand at the counter for five minutes before you can ask for anything. On the other hand, when I was noticed, I got very helpful service and the food was exactly what I wanted and tasty. Never gonna eat here again though and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Ugh

Updated today from a review from months back... just made a mobile order for one sweet tea and twenty minutes later I have to say something just to get my drink! This location sucks even though its brand new and moved around the corner!!! Made a mobile order for pickup and then had to wait an additional 25 minutes, when I only get 30 minutes for lunch just for a chicken sandwich and cold fries. I won't come back to this location, the managers seemed confused and were only focused on the drive thru orders and many people that came in AFTER me had already gotten their food and left! The lady that works the register is nice and does her best to ensure things are right but the people in the back need to get it together. It shouldn't take almost 30 minutes for two items to be made! Choose another location if your in a hurry or on lunch break!
