    RUN AWAY! The only decent person is Sean he is VERY professional and ready to help! Rebecca is the manager at Gaithersburg Station she only give this place 20% of her time since she has to be at another Apartment Complex doesnt reply to emails I wont recommend this place she doesnt wanna be bothered by the residence. She needs to go ASAP!

    Edit: Management including Rebecca and the area manager Dominique will literally ignore you if you have any legitimate concerns. I asked the same questions 4 times over 2 months and they would not answer it. They then just ignored me and would not answer legitimate safety concerns I had to email our state representative. It has not gotten any better. Almost every package you order will be stolen. The apartments are not sufficiently insulted and you will pay $300 for electricity for a one bedroom. There was a homeless person sleeping in the lobby of the building, and trying to open apartment doors. Management never notified any residents of this, and actually deleted all posts on the portal relating to it. They do more work not doing anything about safety than doing it. They will also be renting apartments through Airbnb so crime is about to rise, and trust me management doesnt care at all. Good luck, this place needs changes years ago. Edit: 2 additional car break in have happened over the last week. Equity Residential is also being sued for inflating rent prices. Inept management and shady property company. Its apparent they careless about laws and residents safety, and more about scamming you. Theyve never fixed anything and took over 2 months to respond to a simple fan issue. Management responded asking for more information. Listen, you will pay about $2100 to live here and have to walk management through any issue, because Rebecca is inept. The resident portal is full of car break in and the like. You what management has done? Gaslight us. Ive lived in north Philly for over 5 years, and this is easily the most disgusting, dangerous and under managed apartment Ive ever lived in. Within 3 months, there has been countless vehicle thefts. This morning I saw a car with a smashed window. Management refuses to do the slightest of effort. Ive reached out up multiple times, it still an issue. The management actually said she never felt unsafe living here, which is just unprofessional as a manager to respond to a complaint about broken doors, cars thefts, a falling apart building and multiple issues. It showed me how inept management truly is here. Upon moving in, my apartment was not ready at all, broken appliances, looked like blood and poop on the walls, dust everywhere. Previous animal smells. Disgusting. Management admitted they did not give me my apartment move in ready and that they messed up. Also on move in, every single exterior door was just unlocked. Management locked them, but the locks are on the outside. You can literally just pull the door open and it will open, or get a screwdriver and remove the lock. Its pathetic, dangerous and illegal. If they break their lease, they will still make you pay to get out of it. Id run far away.

    I have lived here for a couple of years now and Ive been very happy with the community. The onsite team is always very courteous and helpful whenever Ive had questions or needed assistance with something. There are some great amenities featured. Im not always able to get to the pool or the gym due to my work schedule but I appreciate having the option to access them. The business center is another great amenity and sometimes I have to go down and utilize one of the computers from time to time if my personal one is having issues (its 10 years old lol). All and all, I enjoy living here. Ive been fortunate not to have encountered any serious issues that apartment living tends to come with (pests, security, etc). I do have every confidence that the team has and will always address concerns when they are made aware.

    Unsafe property, your car and packages will get stolen. Management will lie to you and then will not answer you, they will then say they tried to reach out, but they dont do their jobs. Ive never experienced such an inept management team ever. Any 5 star review is fake and paid for.

    I communicated with Sean for a month. On numerous occasions as I had questions, He assured me that I had been approved or the apartment and everything was fine. I had received a email stating the same. He needed to finalized a few more things. One week before I am to relocate, I had not received a call or email. I reached out to him through email and a phone call. A few minutes after I get an email that the I would not be moving into the apartment. I tried returning the call and another email and did not receive a response. This was very unprofessional.

Enjoy our recording studios, a media screening room, Internet Cafe and lagoon-style pool. There are plenty of nearby shops and restaurants that are great places to unwind. Residents also enjoy that the MARC station is directly across the street.
