        Customer service advised me that a scheduling coordinator would give me a call as the appointment needed to take place between 8-11am (the morning window is from 10:30-12:30) in order for someone to be home. I did not receive a call from a coordinator but instead received an email at 12:05pm that a technician was on their way. I called customer service back again to indicate that I had not gotten a call from a scheduling coordinator and that no one would be home. The customer service agent (same woman from the earlier call) was very rude and defensive about not being able to guarantee appointment times. I dont normally leave 1 star reviews but I did not appreciate her tone or attitude. She indicated the best that could be done is to make notes in the file about requests which obviously go unread/unaddressed (re: call back that was promised but not delivered). After more research, I found multiple appliance repair companies who can guarantee specific two hour time windows for those who cant sit around all day and wait.

        Technician never showed up!! Totally unreliable. If you hire them, be prepared to start over again with another company when Mr Appliance in Gaithersburg fails you! I got the confirmation and even a picture of the technician I was to expect. Two hours after the scheduled appointment and nothing. Not a call, a text nothing. When I called their office, they seemed neither surprised or concerned that no one showed up. Total waste of my time and I will not use this company.
