        My experience with the owner & her staff was great!! Customer service was exceptional & professional. The cost for 6 hours was very reasonable as well. Thank you soo much for making my daughters surprise 28th birthday EPIC!!!! She was overwhelmed w/happiness & joy. This venue is EVERYTHING & I will be spreading the word for more business!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Ethos Team!!!

        Very confined place. Far cry from an elegant banquet hall. Very difficult to find even with the help of GPS.

        The space is decent but walked in to the space not cleaned from the previous nights event. What was very unprofessional was how they handled it. Going back and forth with me via texts and even trying to blame me for leaving some paint spots. Being in customer service, how they handle this service issue was appalling..then offering me a part refund but literally had to email about it as it took over the 3 weeks they stated I should have received the refund. I always support small businesses but this was a very disappointing experience. You need to work on how you solve issues without frustrating the customer even more.

        This is a rental facility for private parties. The facility is clean. Bathroom was clean. Well lit. Plenty of parking. The only negative thing is that it's hard to find.

        The Ethos Center is simply amazing. I held a women's retreat there in April 2023 and the guest absolutely loved the venue. It was a perfect intimate space for the event. I didn't have to do too much decorating because the venue is simply gorgeous. The self room was a major hit. Everyone loved it! They even left me with a beautiful chair and background from a previous event that fit perfectly with my theme. My only wish was that there was more than one bathroom as we had a line at the bathroom quite a few times, so I wonder if there were more people would the lines have been an issue. However, for the size of the space one bathroom seems reasonable. I will definitely like to host another event at the Ethos center and would recommend it to others. Thank you Ethos Center for such an amazing experience.

      Good Morning and thank you for you review. The Ethos Center is a micro luxury event space that seats up to 40 comfortably. In the event that whomever invited you to the space invited more than 40 guest then the venue would seem compact. The GPS brings you right in from of the venue if you understand how to use the navigation system.Reviews like this are very misleading and harmful to small businesses and I encourage you to consider the cause and impact of your grievances before posting.

      We understand your frustration and were anticipating the negative review. An unfortunate chain of events lead to you having a bad experience with our venue. We were not able to clean the venue before your event started and tried our best to come to a resolution that could satisfy both parties. With respect to your customer service experience, we waived the cleaning fee, discounted the taxes and fees, and refunded you rounding up to the hour our staff member was in the space.We accept full accountability for your experience and want you and our customers to know, this is the only time something like this has happened.
