They did an amazing job. Siding and gutters look fantastic. My house came out like it had been freshly painted. The technician, Edward, was extremely professional and explained in detail the work to be done. My only regret is that I didn't contact The Power Wash Company sooner. I will refresh my house with their services regularly now that see what an amazing job they do.

The owner (I assume), got rid of many moldy spots that previous pressure wash service could not, and was careful not to damage loose brick grout. Perhaps best experience ever with a home service contractor. Had whole house pressure washed. Up-front pricing, no bulls***, no upsell.

I have used the PowerWashCompany for 14 years for numerous commercial projects from buildings to garages. I would not have used them for so many years if they didn't do an outstanding job that was priced so that I could book more work. Thanks to Henry and his team.

Work was not fully done for a power washing service, but when we approached their team in regards to the spots that were clearly not washed, we were met with just a long text response of why we were wrong in our assumptions despite having photos to prove it.
At the time of service, if cleaning was not going to be successful, any regular customer would expect some form of communication. If their professional opinion is that power washing would not treat the siding, which we were told AFTER we reached out, then that shouldve been a conversation or explanation right then and there before their team left the property.
The company continued to blame this issue due to aging and oxidation as to why the spots were not power washed fully. We were able to scrub it off with a simple sponge, but for some reason they are persistent that their power washing would not be able to clean the spots left.
They are good at first during their phase of bombarding you with emails, prior to service, that customer satisfaction is a priority, but when we were not satisfied with the job theyve done and reached out, we were pretty much told we were wrong with no actions on their end to even try and solve the issue.
Would not recommend this company to our long list of colleagues and family/friends of homeowners.
