This vendor has real issues. My order (done through Amazon) was never delivered. So I opened a ticket with Amazon. The vendor stated I was responsible to go to the Post Office and track it down. I work during the day, so I contacted Amazon and they did that for me (as Amazon has good customer service). The Carrier came to my home today to tell me it was NOT delivered to my home, and that the Post Office GPS shows it went to a different home. When the carrier checked that home, they said nothing was delivered. However, here is what Aquabarrel LLC responded: "We have spoken with the local post office and suggest you take a moment from your busy day to do the same. Ask for Mike and explain that you would like to speak with the carrier for your route. They will have the carrier return the call and tell you where the package was left. When an amazon customer wants a free product amazon makes it easy for them to get one. Blame the shipper for not sending with a request for a delivery signature for an item shipped via First Class mail with tracking is BS. Amazon needs to direct their customer to the local post office and communicate / advocate on behalf of their customer with the carrier to get better overall results. Please stop enabling customers to steal and the post office's misdirected packages to be the fault of the vendor. Even President Trump understands this and I support him going after Amazon to pay more taxes and collect more taxes from the person that has more money than anyone on the planet - how does he get so much money? by stealing from us vendors with rules that do not help us protect ourselves. " Basically, they accused me of 'stealing' the product (the one that was never delivered to my home based on what the post office stated). I will never do business with this company, and do not recommend them . I have been purchasing products from Amazon for many years and have NEVER stolen a product! Nor would I. Maybe the person that responded from Aquabarrel LLC is not trustworthy, because it is usually the folks that accuse others that are themselves the issue. And throwing politics into the mix?? Really??? Yuck!
