My FAVORITE place for glasses and contacts! Staff is very skilled and honest. Sooo they know what they are doing and theyll tell you if the glasses are good look. Ive come annually for at least 7 years! Highly recommended! Stacy and the entire are amazing!

I went in for an eye exam and got glasses, the staff was very friendly and helpful in my selection. Im very happy with my frames.

My husband visited Visionworks in Kentlands MD and he is very happy with the service and had sn excellent overall experience. We higly recommend this Visionworks facility. 5 stars!

NEW POST: I am adding to my existing review, which was bad to begin with. I got my glasses from Vision Works in Kentlands Gaithersburg. The lenses had lint, so I had to give it back to them to change the lenses. They held on to my glasses for 5 days and returned it after cleaning them. I had to go back again and explain that the lenses were damaged and I made it known that it was the only paid I have so to kindly expedite. They again kept the glasses for a week, and when I got it back, of course nothing had changed. I called the store ( which by the way, no one ever answers the phone), after being on hold for 40 plus minutes, a gentleman answered, and would refuse to confirm if anything was replaced in the lab. It took me 8 minutes to convince him to look in to his system. He put me on hold, stating he had to start his machine and never came back on the line. My call was then transferred to their main customer service. Imagine just throwing me back in the hold pool. How pathetic of a customer service. I kept calling the store back, but no one answered. I then again get connected to their customer service after being on hold forever. The person took my information down and told me a regional manager will call me latest by this past Wednesday (48 hours window), and gave me a ticket #. It's Friday today, and no one has called to address the issue. I plan to return these glasses, and reverse my insurance claim. I would encourage everyone not to go to this location. Its the absolute worst. _______________________________________________________________ OLDER POST Its unfortunate that they have no respect for peoples time. We waited for 45 mins this past Monday, then decided to reschedule as it was close to dinner time and my kids were hungry. I made another appointment today, and my husband is still waiting because accidentally someone else was taken back to see the doctor before him. Same this happened Monday, a family of 3 people were taken back together which took forever. I clearly remember they came in after us but not sure why we were not seem before them. If they were late, you would think the same rule should apply to them? We have been driving from Poolesville both times I now plan to just see the eye doctor we have in town. I dont plan to go here for my eye exam this coming Friday ( as I was told that if I'm even 10 mins late they wont see me). Now that I spent so much time picking a frame while waiting for so long, I may just go there to get my glasses once I get my Rx.
