The firm Sussman and Simcox were a true blessing. I was hit by a car while riding my bike. I called many attorney's big and small including those advertised on TV. I also had referrals from acquaintances. None were interested as I did not appear to have severe injuries. I guess I needed to be calling from a hospital bed. The driver's automobile insurance company paid all my medical bills and wages lost due to the week I took off from work to mend; however, they would not pay for the replacement of my expensive bicycle. I was referred to Sussman and Simcox. Howard indicated he believed I had a case and advised me a lawsuit against the insurance company would include the replacement cost of the bicycle along with medical and lost wages although previously paid. The short is, due to Howard's expertise and experience, I was reimbursed for the cost of the new bike (slightly more expensive then the bike totaled), medical, time off from work and an unexpected amount for pain and suffering. I highly recommend Sussman and Simcox. I hope I will not need them again but if I do need an attorney, Sussman and Simcox will be my first call.

We all know how Insurance Companies never want to compensate the injured person. Karen was the first call we made after my son was hit by a car while riding his scooter. Karen had to fight hard to get us compensation! Those insurance companies are the worst! Thank you Karen. You are the best!!
