        I am very happy with Terminix pest control. Archie Donaldson, our technician, is very professional and does a superb job. He provides a very important service for us, as we almost never see any pests inside the house. We see many that die at the perimeter, however, where Archie applies his materials. Services: Spider extermination, Bug & insect extermination

        Terminix in Gaithersburg is not up to Terminix standards. Very poor service. Extremely rude pest service manager named Hughes. I terminated my service because of the disrespect. Keep in mind I have been a loyal customer for 12 years for my other home that is located in Florida. They are wonderful, never had any issues. But Terminix in Gaithersburg Maryland was a problem from the beginning. Go elsewhere if you want good service and good customer care. You will NOT get it with Gaithersburg Terminix.
