      image I rented an office from Public Storage in Gaithersburg, MD since 2016. Despite always paying on time, they used a misleading document to withhold my deposit for repairs without notice. They are refusing to return the deposit, despite the space being returned in the same condition. Avoid Public Storage to prevent similar issues.

      image BMG overall is a great company. My husband and I have had our fair share of poor management companies and we were nervous about BMG but Wendy Ricardez goes above and beyond to uphold this company. Shes super responsive & works tirelessly to get the job done whenever we need things handled. There are some things I wish were different in our unit specifically, but those are things that BMG cant control. Grateful that Wendy has helped us have such a positive experience thus far!
