If anyone is going here for a psychiatrist, I recommend Dr. Runsewe. She is excellent at her job.

Dr. Narang is unprofessional and will refuse to do deny you service when he wants. If I knew that he "did me a favor" by writing a highly controlled script for my family member (who is in recovery) that'd I'd have to pay out of pocket, because he'd refuse to preauthorize the script so my family member's insurance would cover it, we would have gone elsewhere. Long story short, she needed to start on suboxone post surgery recovery at a medical rehab facility (for painkiller addiction). Dr. Narang came, gave her team the medication, and did not leave a refill or referral for outpatient services when she was discharged. I figured I call later, to follow up with him and I was very wrong. My family member's own general practioner said we'd have to get the refill through Ramesh or some other doctor, who is licensed to pescribe such a controlled drug. We should have gone the other route. The first pharmacy that he sent the script to said dr. Narang wasn't in the network, so they will not be filling it. So I called Ramesh to bring that script to another location. The second pharmacy said they didn't have it- no mention that day on their part that I could get it the next day, have it filled then, and get a refund for preauthorization later. In my confusion, I called dr. Ramesh to have him fill the script at another location, a third location. He got upset with me, and has refused to help us since. I am livid that he would leave us hanging simply because I got so confused why we were having so much difficulty getting the script filled. Instead of sensing my confusion and offering advice about what to do, he completely wiped his hands off of my family member's care. He said to the pharmacist at the second lcoation that he'd have someone at his office authorize it, but he did not. He did and said the opposite to his office! He did not mention at all to me or to the pharmacy that he won't be doing it at all. So we had no choice but to shell out 300 dollars for suboxone, in hopes that it would get preauthorized within 7 work days for a refund. Well, only afterwards did we find out he had no desire to do such a thing at all, and even ordered the staff manager at his office not to authorize it when I called the office directly! I have never taken any kind of drug in my life, I don't drink, and I am not familiar with medical prescriptions or pharmacies. It was not my intention to be difficult, I admit I naively waited too long thinking we'd have no problem getting this drug. but his lack of communication caused my family member to be in tremendous pain and withdrawal for 2 days before we paid out of pocket for her suboxone. Disgraceful.
