Lily and her team are so professional, from day one she took the time to seat with us and go over our "wants" and " needs", she explain in detail how the process worked and since it was a sale and a purchase transaccion she was very detailed on each step. Every day we would hear from her or her team about new homes available and potential buyers coming to see our house. We love the group chat she created so that my wife and I could respond or receive news. Any time we would have any questions or concerns Lily or her team would answer promtly and we the correct information. Her marketing is superved and accurate, we had multiple offers and many visits to our home. We got real results from her great work. Same thing with getting us a lovely home, she filtered out the home so that we would only see the ones that matched what we had requested saving us time and unnecessary travels. We are so pleased with Lily and her teams professionalisim, we are satisfied we the service they provided us. Be sure that we will recommend her and her team to all our friends and family members.
