Despite the insane market of 2020-2021, Ray was always responsive and patient with our endless questions putting in every ounce of work on nights and weekends when needed to keep us on track. He was with us every step - dishing out sage advice, and constantly helping us address our priorities while matching them to what the market could offer. Always searching for new opportunities to get us what we were looking for, it helped that hes a fun person to be around. Not too long ago I used Ray to both find me a new home as well as listing my old one. Ray went above and beyond to help me find just the right house. My search started out very broad covering almost all of MoCo and downtown Frederick. He helped me zero in on areas that fit my criteria. When it came time to list my old place he had suggestions for a contractor to help re-paint and spruce up the place. He suggested a stager and a photographer that made my old place look and feel great. Ray was always very professional and took his time helping me understand the mountains of paperwork that came my way. I could tell he cared about me and my search process, I wasnt just another sale. I would definitely recommend Ray to friends if I know they were looking to buy or sell.
